Pavlo Rad

Pavlo Rad is an analyst with the Russian and Belarusian Studies Programme at the Foreign Policy Council Ukrainian Prism. His research interests include the Belarusian democratic forces, the domestic and foreign policy of the Republic of Belarus, and Belarus’s relations with Russia, Ukraine, and the EU.
