Russia’s ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine demonstrates that the Putin regime is not interested in lasting peace between Russia and its neighbors, and a true resolution to the conflict will depend on significant change in Russian governance. With this in mind, what is the best possible version of Russia’s future?
